Our goal is to create an experience that makes you jump on social media and tell your friends you’ve found their new skin professional. In our best effort to ensure a seamless relationship, we operate under several established, mutually beneficial guidelines.

SKIN JUNKIE APPOINTMENTS

Skin Junkie highly recommends making appointments in advance and pre-booking prior to leaving your service to secure the optimal time that honors your schedule. Guests are not permitted in the Skin Junkie treatment room. If you need to bring a companion, they will need to make themselves comfortable in our hallway seating.

NEW SKIN JUNKIE CLIENTS

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow ample time to fill out necessary paperwork and consultation forms.

SKIN JUNKIE PAYMENT POLICY

Skin Junkie accepts all major credit cards and cash.

SKIN JUNKIE TIME

Please silence your phone during your treatment. Consider this truly private time during which you can temporarily check out for restoration. Calls taken during a treatment may shorten your treatment time or interfere with optimal treatment outcomes.

SKIN JUNKIE CHILD POLICY

We request that you make arrangements for childcare during your appointment.

SKIN JUNKIE GRATUITIES

If you wish, you may add a cash or credit gratuity during checkout, but we also appreciate you spreading the love for Skin Junkie. A confident referral is always a magnificent thank you.

SKIN JUNKIE LATE ARRIVALS

Your appointment time is as important to us as it is to you. In an effort to ensure that each Skin Junkie client receives the same stellar service, we endeavor to stick to a strict schedule. We understand that life happens, however,  treatments will require abbreviation or rescheduling if you arrive late.

SKIN JUNKIE APPOINTMENT REMINDERS

Ultimately it is the client’s responsibility to remember their appointment but Skin Junkie will provide a courtesy appointment reminder via email 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.

SKIN JUNKIE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Thanks to you, Skin Junkie is a busy place! In an attempt to honor all requested appointments, we maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy. This time frame allows us to notify clients on our waiting list in a timely manner and keep operations running smoothly. If you need to cancel, adjust or reschedule your appointment, please call us at: (985) 888-900

  • Late cancellations will result in a fee that must be resolved in order to reschedule. No exceptions.
  • Prepaid services will not be refunded upon cancellation or rescheduling of appointment without reasonable excuse.
  •  Monies paid in advance for any reason may be credited towards future services or retail items at Skin Junkie. We will not process refunds post transaction.

SKIN JUNKIE RETURN POLICY

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction!  If you are in any way unhappy or dissatisfied with your products or service, please call us to discuss your concerns. We will not issue refunds for opened product.

PRODUCT PURCHASE AND REPLENISHMENT

We’re more than happy to accommodate product pickup – please schedule a 10-minute window that is convenient for you on our website.

SKIN JUNKIE LAST MINUTE PERSONAL ILLNESS EXCEPTION

Your health is invaluable. We understand that bugs occasionally creep up on us suddenly, so we make an allowance for last minute cancellations due to sickness. To ensure that everyone stays healthy, please keep in mind that if you need to cancel last minute due to personal illness, the earliest you will be permitted to reschedule is 5 days from the date of your cancelled appointment, no exceptions.

SKIN JUNKIE PRIVACY POLICY

We respect the privacy of our customers and will not release any customer information to third parties.  We never trade, sell, rent, or share addresses or any other personal information with anyone.  Any information obtained is used to process your purchase or maintain your client file only.  Email and physical addresses are used solely for the purpose of communication between Skin Junkie and its clients.  We respect your time and attention by carefully controlling the frequency of digital communication. 

If you would prefer to cease receiving mail or email, or to change your expressed interests, simply let us know and your privacy preferences will be updated.

Skin Junkie reserves the right to cancel appointments at any time, but this will only happen for critical purposes such as a family or medical emergency.

SHOULD A PERSONAL EMERGENCY OR FAMILY ILLNESS ARISE FOR CHERISh

Your rescheduled appointment will feature a one-time upgrade, to be determined by the value and type treatment that was unexpectedly cancelled. Your appointments are very important to us, as is your trust and confidence in us.

Skin Junkie reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason.
